What can I return?
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Clippie.co.uk within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the Christmas season, items dispatched by Clippie.co.uk from 1 November to 31 December may be returned until 31 January.
At Clippie we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
Statutory Cancellation Right
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item. Returns Costs & Methods
Clippie will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect with proof of postage and receipt of cost.
All other returns are at the consumers cost.
When will I get my refund?
Usually within 2 weeks of returning your order. After we receive and process your return, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.
Does Clippie offer replacements or exchanges?
Yes, we do. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item with proof of defect or damage to the product. Please see our Terms & Conditions of Sale for the full instructions.
